How Our Service Works
|
Southwest Recreation is a reservation service for destinations in the Southwestern United States.
We provide online booking for your convenience in making a reservation:
*For our premier members, when you book online on this website, you are booking directly with the property. The availability and rates shown are maintained by the property.
*For our standard members, when you book online on this website, you are booking through SW Recreation. The availability and rates shown are maintained by SW Recreation. After your booking with SW Recreation is complete and you get your SW Recreation eConfirmation, we transmit your booking to the property for final confirmation and verification of availability and rates. They have the right to change or cancel bookings submitted by us due to descrepancies in the availability or rates. In the event that any such descrepancies occur we will contact you immediately and work to resolve the problem. Your credit card is not charged until your booking is confirmed by the property.
For any property, you may email us with a request for reservation rather than booking online.
Cancelation policies: Each property has their own cancelation rules, which we follow. You can find the property's cancelation policy on the webpage for the property, usually at the bottom of the page under Notes, or in the information shown when you make an online booking.
If you don't see a cancelation policy for the property, please let us know and we will work with the property to add their policy.
