Moccasin Point Marina on Lake Don Pedro is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, 60 miles west of Yosemite National Park and 2 1/2 hours east of San Francisco.
Don't be surprised if you spot mule deer, raccoons, squirrels, coyote, fox, Golden and Bald Eagles and ravens.
If you like fishing try your hand at catching some Bass, Salmon, Rainbow and Brown Trout, Catfish, Crappie and Bluegill fish.
From Sacramento, take Interstate 5 to State Route 99. From 99, take Highway 120 East toward Sonora. Take Highway 49/120 southeast to the Don Pedro East Shore exit.
Moccasin Point Marina is 10 miles from this turn-off.

Camping
Fleming Meadows Campground is operated by the Don Pedro Recreation Agency and is located on the west shore near Lake Don Pedro Marina.
90 trailer pads with a dump station, 177 campsites (51 are walk-in), restrooms with showers, a swimming lagoon, an amphitheater, softball & volleyball facilities, group picnic areas, bank fishing and a Trading Post for ice, snacks, groceries and propane.
The RV Campsites are located in the Fleming Meadows and Moccasin Point Campgrounds and are operated by the Don Pedro Recreation Agency. Facilities include water, sewer and electricity hookups, paved parking pad, table, and barbeque grill at each site, plus access to hot showers in developed restrooms.

Notes for Lake Don Pedro and Moccasin Point Marinas
Reservation and Cancellation policies:
- Rates are subject to National Park Service approval.
- Rental rates do not include tax, fuel, or any optional waivers.
- Must be 21 or older to rent.
- Acceptable rental and deposit payments - Cash, money order, cashier's check, traveler's check Master Card, Visa, Discover Card or AE. *If payment is with a credit card the card must be in the name of the reservation holder. No personal checks or debit cards.
- Cancellation Policy: 45 days or more prior to arrival cancellation fee is $150.00 -
44 to 30 days or less is the deposit amount - less than 30 days forfeiture of total pre-payment.
Full payment shall be paid at least 45 days prior to arrival. If full rental payment is not
received at least 45 days before arrival, your reservation will be cancelled and your
deposit will be forfeited.
- Houseboat reservations made 45 days or less prior to arrival must be paid in full within 48 hours.
- We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for
cancellation. For this reason, we recommend 'Trip Cancellation Coverage'.
- Trip Cancellation Coverage: Protects your vacation funds in case of an emergency resulting in the cancellation of your rental. When you purchase TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE your houseboat deposit and rental payment become fully refundable if you cancel your trip due to an emergency, whether it is for medical, professional or personal reasons.
TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE may ONLY be purchased up to 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF BOARDING DATE. TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE cannot be cancelled once purchased. TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE cannot be transferred to another reservation.
If your reservation dates change and TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE has been purchased, coverage cannot be applied to the new reservation. However you do have the option of purchasing TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE for your new reservation and paying an additional fee within 48 hours of booking, as long as payment is received 45 days prior to your trip.
- Damage Waiver: Forever Resorts carries insurance against general charter risks. Charterer's responsibility for any covered loss or damage will be $10,000 or otherwise equal to the required deposit. Acceptance of the damage waiver at the time of the charter will reduce the charterer's responsibility to the amount equal to the required deposit of covered loss.
Damage waiver is NOT INSURANCE. Loss of inventory items, boat propellers, outdrives, property of the charterer, additional users and other parties are not covered by Forever Resorts insurance or optional damage waiver.
