4 to 12 person cabins available:
Cabins include linens, towels, kitchenware, stove, oven, coffee makers, toaster, blender, sink, refrigerator, cleaning supplies, barbecue grill and picnic table.
The 8 and 12 person Cabins have hot tubs on the full-size decks, overlooking the lake.
No boats, trailers, campers, tents, etc. are permitted by the cabins. Each cabin is allowed one car parked beside it, all other vehicles must use the parking lot. A non-refundable fee will be charged for pets.

Reservation and Cancellation policies:
- Rates are subject to National Park Service approval.
- Rental rates do not include tax, fuel, or any optional waivers.
- Must be 21 or older to rent.
- Acceptable rental and deposit payments - Cash, money order, cashier's check, traveler's check Master Card, Visa, Discover Card or AE. *If payment is with a credit card the card must be in the name of the reservation holder. No personal checks or debit cards.
- Cancellation Policy: 45 days or more prior to arrival cancellation fee is $150.00 -
44 to 30 days or less is the deposit amount - less than 30 days forfeiture of total pre-payment.
Full payment shall be paid at least 45 days prior to arrival. If full rental payment is not
received at least 45 days before arrival, your reservation will be cancelled and your
deposit will be forfeited.
- Houseboat reservations made 45 days or less prior to arrival must be paid in full within 48 hours.
- We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for
cancellation. For this reason, we recommend 'Trip Cancellation Coverage'.
- Trip Cancellation Coverage: Protects your vacation funds in case of an emergency resulting in the cancellation of your rental. When you purchase TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE your houseboat deposit and rental payment become fully refundable if you cancel your trip due to an emergency, whether it is for medical, professional or personal reasons.
TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE may ONLY be purchased up to 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF BOARDING DATE. TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE cannot be cancelled once purchased. TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE cannot be transferred to another reservation.
If your reservation dates change and TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE has been purchased, coverage cannot be applied to the new reservation. However you do have the option of purchasing TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE for your new reservation and paying an additional fee within 48 hours of booking, as long as payment is received 45 days prior to your trip.
- Damage Waiver: Forever Resorts carries insurance against general charter risks. Charterer's responsibility for any covered loss or damage will be $10,000 or otherwise equal to the required deposit. Acceptance of the damage waiver at the time of the charter will reduce the charterer's responsibility to the amount equal to the required deposit of covered loss.
Damage waiver is NOT INSURANCE. Loss of inventory items, boat propellers, outdrives, property of the charterer, additional users and other parties are not covered by Forever Resorts insurance or optional damage waiver.
