Notes for Easy Street Marina

Reservations:
  All watercraft including charters must be reserved and paid for in advance. Reservations can be made and paid for by persons 18 yrs old and above, however, no person under 21 may operate any equipment. Valid Drivers license must be presented at time of rental. Payment by credit card or cash only, no checks.

Cancellations:
  Cancellation of reservations for full refund must be made 7 days prior to date reserved, however, there are no refunds for cancellations on holidays. Holidays are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for Memorial and Labor Day weekends, and July 3,4 & 5.

Bad Weather:
  Reservation days/times of bad weather (at Easy Street Marina and as determined and at the discretion of the marina manager), will receive marina “credit” for use at next available time chosen by LESSEE.

Damage to Rental Craft:
  Damage to rental craft will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
